Communications
The BBA Hotline: 248-593-8607
Swimmers should call the HOTLINE everyday before going to practice. The BBA Hotline is available to inform all swimmers of the time, pool location and practice coach for each program's swim practice for every day of the week. The hotline is updated on a regular basis. The hotline will also inform swimmers of upcoming meets and entry form due dates. Practice times and locations can change from the regular schedule, so always call the HOTLINE!
Swim Reps
Each age group is assigned one or two parents to occasionally provide snacks and organize activities for that group of swimmers usually at the conclusion of a practice. These gatherings act as an incentive and give the swimmers valuable time to socialize and interact after a demanding workout. Our age group parents are enthusiastic and have been known to be very creative! These parents will also be able to answer general BBA questions and can be a conduit for communications between the parents and the BBA board. They are available for questions throughout the season.

BBA Handbook
The BBA Handbook is distributed at the beginning of the Short Course Season (fall), or mid-season for new members to the club. It contains invaluable information; the Short Course Team Meet Schedule, detailed Financial and Volunteer Responsibilities, Meet Entry Information, BBA Swim records, BBA Coaches and Board Members. Please be sure to contact the Membership Chair if you do not have a Handbook.
Pool File Boxes
Each pool site will have a BBA file box utilized to facilitate the distribution of flyers, handbooks, meet entry packets, miscellaneous forms and directories. Please be aware of these boxes as they are one of the many methods the Board, Coaches and Committee Chairs use to assist in keeping the membership up to date. In addition, swimmers and their families can use these boxes as a mock mailing system. File folders will be available for members to send info to the appropriate person.
